The HR Partner for the Americas region acts as a strategic endtoend business partner driving HR strategy organizational development and employee lifecycle processes in a highpace environment to enable business goals.
What will your job look like
- Act as a strategic HR partner with strong business orientation supporting regional accounts and influencing leadership decisions through insight data Lead and implement the HR strategy for Unit Region translating regional and global priorities into actionable HR plans that align with business needs.
- Own the HR people cycle (performance development talent management engagement compensation cycle succession) and ensure high quality execution across the region.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders building strong relationships and constructively challenging leadership to enable business and talent outcomes.
- Collaborate across a global matrix working seamlessly with HR teams in Brazil Israel and India to deliver cross regional HR initiatives and harmonized processes.
- Identify organizational needs through proactive sensing and data analysis supporting organizational design change management and team effectiveness interventions.
- Work with Learning & OD teams to design deliver and facilitate development programs that build managerial and professional capabilities.
- Support internal communications helping leaders craft and execute communication plans for change initiatives organizational updates and employee programs.
- Ensure operational excellence across local HR processes including recruitment partnership compensation policies and compliance with regional employment practices.
All you need is...
- Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science - must.
- Strong proficiency in English able to work across cultures and with global teams
Required
- Global experience
- HR Business Partner experience with proven strategic partnership with senior leaders
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority
- Demonstrated business orientation ability to understand account dynamics and anticipate future needs
- Strong ownership mindset accountability proactive problem-solving
- Ability to challenge leadership constructively and bring big-picture thinking to decisions
- Comfort operating across multiple time zones (India Israel North America) and in a complex matrix environment
- Energetic and comfortable in a highpace environment
Preferred
- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent management employee relations organizational development performance management and the employee lifecycle.
