We are looking for a Digitalization & Data Management Intern to support the HR Digitalization and Data Management area in activities focused on reviewing employee data quality process digitalization and administrative supportcontributing to operational efficiency and the correct availability of information in corporate systems.

Responsabilities

  • Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
  • Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability and correct flow between systems.
  • Support in system integrations.
  • Participation in a data governance project.
  • Reporting to the Group.
  • Participation in process digitalization and implementation of new systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel VBA Power BI)
  • Fluent in English
  • Valuable knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
