Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your tools and process support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report toRaul Dancu (TSO GFS Senior Team Lead Cluj-Napoca) and work alongside data driven tool-oriented continuous improvement mindset teammates. As part of a global team you will be in touch with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
Youll be the referent DXL Developer for IBM DOORS and Alstom Requirements Management Process. Part of our team of 4 developers with multiple years of experience we can guide you and allow to develop the needed skills.
Assisting our Engineering team in all global cross-functional groups. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving you will lead the charge in enhancing our tool developing and automation capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Well look to you for:
- Development of DXL (DOORS eXtension Language - IBM DOORS programming language) scripts to support activities automation
- Support our 3 DXL developers with requests from projects / engineers for data manipulation by writing DXL scripts for project specific use cases
- Windchill Requirement Connector (PTC) exchange point of contact: import / export between databases
- Activities:
- Develop new DOORS features (DXL Programming)
- Understand the needs of our stakeholders
- Write tools specification documentation and perform trainings
- Offer basic support in IBM DOORS
- Maintain the application maintenance and operation
- Collaboration with other teams/departments (Internal Customers IT Department Partners etc)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Relevant experience in engineering tools or a related field
- Experience with programming languages: DXL is based on C but is it a scripting language as Python
- Would be a plus:
- IBM DOORS
- Railway Industry Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- PowerBI
- RPE - Rational Publishing Engine
- Proactivity take initiative anticipate future needs and act in advance of situations
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Good knowledge of tools such as SharePoint Artificial Intelligence video editing
- Good understanding of databases and how tools work and interact
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation enabling autonomous work and efficient management of tasks and projects
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability with a collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
