Your new opportunity:

Located in Coffs Harbour NSW this role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What sets you apart from the rest:

We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with experience in the residential valuation space.
• Strong attention to detail report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
