Job Summary
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas is a pop-up dining experience inspired by the legendary Four Sixes Ranch in Guthrie Texas and Taylor Sheridans visionary storytelling. Every evening Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse takes over Tableau located within Wynn Tower Suites. Guests will be transported to one of the most storied ranches in America creating an environment that engages all the senses with bold flavors and preparations.
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will highlight prime steaks and cuts from Four Sixes Ranch. The menu uses ingredients that are local to Texas and have bold fiery flavors. Highlights will include The Only Caviar Tower with potato tots kettle chips brioche toast country fried chicken tenders; fire sauce Beef Tartare prepared tableside and served with Texas corn tortillas; a signature cut 6666s Branded 28-ounce Cowboy Steak; a 40-ounce Tomahawk Steak carved tableside from Wyomings Grazing Star Ranch; and decadent Tumbleweed Banana Pudding.
Job Responsibilities:
The Four Sixes Gourmet Food Runner is responsible for setting up and carrying trays organizing plates and expo station delivering food from the kitchen to the guest explain food items to the guest assist Expeditor and Food Server completing side work maintaining health code standards and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards.
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year previous work experience as food runner in a casual/fine-dining restaurant.
- Candidates must exhibit food & basic service knowledge including steps of service.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
