Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct failure analysis related to customer escalations and drive root cause /corrective actions using 8D approach
- Evaluates from a reliability standpoint the materials properties and techniques used in production.
- Advises design engineering on selection application and test of electrical/electronic components and systems.
- Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.
- Determines reliability requirements of components and systems to achieve company customer and any governmental agency reliability objectives.
- Makes recommendations for changes in the selection and application of components and systems.
- Conduct Supplier audits of their manufacturing process for critical parts
- Assist in preparing & presenting quality management reports; Maintain and improve on the current quality documentation processes; Continuously improve QA receiving inspection process and procedures
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong Mechanical/Materials engineering fundamentals in the areas of solid mechanics heat transfer and thermodynamics.
- Knowledge and experience in Design of Experiments Statistical process control finite element analysis Data Analysis and Regression Modeling using JMP or any other tools computer programming using Python R etc is a plus

Education
- B.S / M.S in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical engineering OR Physics -depth knowledge in RF is a plus.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
