Job Summary
Your Schedule:
We have a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM which involves working every other weekend.
What Youll Do:
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician youll be the go-to expert for all electrical and electronic systems keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues
- Work on process systems utility systems and control loops
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLC systems
Control Systems & Programming
- Maintain PLC programming and documentation
- Support control loop calibration
- Adjust systems to meet design parameters
Documentation & Schematics
- Update electrical schematics and control documentation
- Create training materials for operators and technicians
Technical Support
- Support operations engineering and maintenance teams
- Lead advanced diagnostics during unexpected breakdowns
Projects
- Support emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Contribute to system upgrades and new procedures
Qualifications :
What You Need
Experience
6 years of experience in electronics and instrumentation or an Associate degree in a related field relevant hands-on experience
Technical Skills
- Experience with PID control loops
- Experience with AC/DC drives
- Ability to read and evaluate PLC program logic
- Experience with Sigma ISO or similar manufacturing systems (preferred)
Computer Skills
Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
Safety
- Follow all plant safety procedures
- Promote safe practices across teams
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs
