Job Summary

Your Schedule:

We have a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM which involves working every other weekend.

What Youll Do:

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician youll be the go-to expert for all electrical and electronic systems keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues
Work on process systems utility systems and control loops
Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLC systems

Control Systems & Programming

Maintain PLC programming and documentation
Support control loop calibration
Adjust systems to meet design parameters

Documentation & Schematics

Update electrical schematics and control documentation
Create training materials for operators and technicians

Technical Support

Support operations engineering and maintenance teams
Lead advanced diagnostics during unexpected breakdowns

Projects

Support emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
Contribute to system upgrades and new procedures

Qualifications :

What You Need

Experience

6 years of experience in electronics and instrumentation or an Associate degree in a related field relevant hands-on experience

Technical Skills

Experience with PID control loops
Experience with AC/DC drives
Ability to read and evaluate PLC program logic
Experience with Sigma ISO or similar manufacturing systems (preferred)

Computer Skills

Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office

Safety

Follow all plant safety procedures
Promote safe practices across teams

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs
