• Conduct diagnostic procedures to determine the source of the customers concerns.
• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations transmission flushes air conditioner re-Charges front end alignments etc.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
• Describe vehicles condition to customer and answer any follow-up question.
• Build and present a total estimate to the customer.
