Job Summary

Youll review and verify vendor estimates provide feedback to rental locations and support management with vendor recommendations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates
- You manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy
- You liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals
- You maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops
- You receive and analyze vendor performance providing management with reviews and recommendations
- You assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 1 years of experience in repair estimation with experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software and possess vehicle salvage knowledge
- Education You have a bachelors degree (strongly preferred) or an associates degree with relevant experience and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical Proficiency You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications
- Soft Skills You demonstrate high attention to detail strong organizational skills and exceptional decision-making abilities
- Commitment to Excellence You are adaptable able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Travel You have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible schedule
