Job Summary
Essential Functions:
- Develops maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Wash all dishes glassware and silverware making sure they are clean dry and spot free.
- Keep dish area machine and racks clean and organized.
- Stock all clean dishes in storage locations.
- Take trash out of garbage cans and transport to the dumpster. Replacing all can liners.
- Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning.
- Sweep and Mop every shift or as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Keeping chemicals full and replacing them when needed using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Non-essential Functions:
Education & Experience:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Read write speak and understand English
- Able to work flexible shifts
Physical Requirements:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to recognize potential food hazards
- This position is working with standard kitchen equipment in coolers and freezers sometimes slippery floors
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
