We are seeking motivated and clinically confident Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit team delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. Our state of art ICU currently has 9 licenced beds with plans to expand.

About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse you will:

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill and ventilated patients
• Manage complex clinical situations with sound judgement and autonomy
• Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary critical care team
• Support families through compassionate communication and education
• Maintain high standards of documentation and patient safety

About You

To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit
• Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with ventilators inotropes and invasive monitoring (highly regarded)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Commitment to patient-centred evidence-based care

Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing are highly regarded but not essential.

Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent base annual salary ranging from $75436.57 - $99268.14 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
