In this role youll contribute to all aspects of the surgical environment. Core responsibilities include assisting surgeons and scrub techs maintaining aseptic techniques assisting with patient positioning managing instrumentation and specimen handling ensuring accurate documentation and case tracking and supporting accurate turnover between cases. Youll collaborate closely with anesthesia teams and perioperative staff to optimize patient safety maintain equipment readiness and uphold quality standards. The position also supports professional growth within the OR with opportunities to expand your skill set across specialties refine decisionmaking under pressure and participate in evidencebased practice that elevates patient outcomes.
