Welcome Northwest Hand to Shoulder Clinic! We are excited to have you on the NWSH team!

We are so excited to officially welcome you to the team and we look forward to meeting all of you! Our priority is to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible for you. Our Human Resources Team is here to guide you through this transition and be a resource for information and questions.

Steps:

1. Apply to this posting and upload your resume or enter your information in the text fields in the application. It is important that your application/resume includes all applicable experience. The purpose of having you upload a resume is so that we have documentation of your experience background and education to properly complete your employee file.
   
   
2. After you apply you will receive an email link from Accurate to complete a background check start your electronic onboarding paperwork and set up your UKG employee profile. Please get started on this as soon as possible.
   
   
3. Our team will reach out to you to schedule a 1-hour pre-employment appointment with Human Resources. At this appointment you will take your badge photo finalize any employment paperwork we will answer any questions you have and then you will meet with Employee Health to complete the pre-employment drug screen and lab work.
4. If you are in a benefit eligible position you will receive an email link from Employee Navigator to complete benefit enrollment. We are happy to answer any questions you have and assist you in the enrollment process.
