DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for the delivery of the companys sales strategy and programs within Vertiv Infrastructure Limited for our Service Sales Contracts business both internal and external Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focusing on our new service contract business opportunities both Internal & External.
- Management & Coordination of our Warranty capture report and development of contract sales opportunities.
- Management & Coordination of our New Win Back Business reports and development of the sales opportunities.
- Meeting with customers and undertaking sites surveys to develop new business opportunities.
- Management of the financial administration of the account which includes the loading of contracts sold correctly by using the company agreed process.
- When speaking or meeting with customers use your knowledge and skills to capture additional Vertiv opportunities.
- Ensure all opportunities are logged on Oracle Cloud correctly update your leads weekly.
- Use our One Code Tools and apply best practices.
- Support manage and assist others in the sales teams.
- Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop integration and co-operation between all sales divisions within Vertiv Infrastructure Limited.
- Report and forecast your orders weekly and monthly.
- Ensure all works sold are managed affectively within budget and in a timely manner.
- Initiative-taking liaison and negotiation with customers regarding follow up of outstanding quotations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You will be expected to travel and meet customers across the UK which may mean staying away from home.
- A basic understanding of our Vertiv offerings
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Computer Literate. Good negotiating skills and the ability to meet and professionally communicate with customers.
- Ideally a Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Valid Driving License.
- Team player.
- Motivated Organized and able to prioritize your daily work activities.
- Basic Customer Account Management is part of the job.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
The role is office based Minimum of two days per week in the office unless meeting with customers or agreed by your manager.
When needed the use of a pool or hire car will be available for travelling to customer sites and different office locations.
