Home Care Assistant (37.5 hour contract)

Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person-centred care and much needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients whom are able to continue living in their own homes.

What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs. family life and we truly believe in a healthy work-life balance.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of - 13.00 per hour (Mon-Fri) 14.75 per hour (Weekends) enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards then back home)

Our care calls are covered between:

• 07.00am - 14.00pm

• 16.00pm - 22.00pm

Based upon a 2 week rolling rota - working every other weekend
