As a market leader blending cutting-edge technology with personalized service we create custom-crafted furnishings that uphold a legacy of quality and craftsmanship serving the Cleveland area for the Role:This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven manager who excels inteam development project management and retail operations. You will lead a talented design team fostering an entrepreneurial culture while managing day-to-day operations and driving sales growth. Your ability tobalance big-picture long-term strategic visionwithrigorous attention to operational detailwill be crucial for expanding our market reach and elevating the customer location offers consistent opportunity to influence traffic build strategic partnerships develop high-performing design teams and increase written business through community engagement and client-centric Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the design team by coaching developing and holding associates accountable to exceed sales and service goals in a dynamic retail bothlong-term business strategy and daily operational execution ensuring the Design Center meets strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards in every all aspects of the Design Centers operations including sales performance strategic business planning inventory reconciliation and monthly financial reviews (P&L).Actively resolve problems and remove barriers for your team and clients applying strong analytical and creative problem-solving and implement innovative grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives including partnerships with local businesses and expanding trade and online your entrepreneurial mindset within an established company culture to identify and seize new business opportunities while adapting swiftly to training programs to enhance design product knowledge sales expertise and customer service a commitment to social responsibility by fostering positive impact through teams community involvement supporting charitable initiatives and building meaningful relationships that reflect Ethan Allens full compliance with company policies ethical standards and maintain a safe inclusive :Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience; or High School diploma with 10 years relevant experience including interior design and sales track record in residential interior design sales with broad product knowledge and the ability to review and guide design projects using technical and creative a leadership mindsetandbig-picture strategic thinking as well as the ability to execute on details and processes that keep the business running -solving abilities strong organizational and communication skills and a knack for balancing strategic objectives with immediate operational ability to develop teams manage complex projects and drive measurable business to work holidays evenings and weekends.
