Skills we cant do without:

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations

including the use of DevOps practices to ensure efficient and agile project delivery.

• Strong functional expertise in D365 and previous Dynamics versions

with the ability to translate business processes into clear solution requirements and manage full

project lifecycles.

• Solid experience in configuring and optimising end-to-end customer service operations within CRM systems including case management omnichannel engagement knowledge management SLAs entitlements and performance reporting to drive service excellence and meet defined KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience conducting discovery workshops crafting tailored proposals and advising on best practices and continuous improvement.

Educational Background and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computing Business or a related field.

• MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
• MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant
• MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
• MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant
• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect

Note: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organizations.
