- Development Quality:You wont be stuck in a boring routine - Innovation and new developments are your day-to-day business. You are responsible forquality planningof our machines/ components incl. all quality related involvements and decisions during product development
- Ambitious goals:Youll be deeply embedded in our squads making sure quality from the productconcept stagetosuccessful implementation at customer
- Training routine:You definequality requirementsparticipate inproduct releasesand you are hands on duringprototype evaluationsandmachine build-ups
- Problem Solving is your warm up:Youll spend your time identifying and solving potentialand realissuesand implementing strategies to develop and release quality products fast. Obstacles do not scare you
- No Risk - More Fun:You assure product quality expectations by leadingrisk evaluations and testing decisions
- Balance: You implement lean effective quality gates and standards without stifling innovation
- Teamplayer:Youll work closely with developers production product managers suppliers and customer success departments to assure that were actually building what our customer expects
Your fitness level
Were looking for a mix of experience technical grit and a great attitude.
- Base:you have engineering degree in mechanical electrical or industrial engineering or something comparable
- Experience:Youve successfully launched at least 2-3 products into mass production (5 yearsof Experience).
- Technical Versatility:You are experienced with products that combine hardware with integrated software.
- Startup Mindset:You thrive in ambiguity. You see a lack of processes/requirements as an opportunity to build something better rather than a barrier to getting work done. You adjust quickly to changing conditions.
- Methods: You are experienced in Quality tools such as Risk analysis Product release Quality Planning.
- Flexibility:You successfully navigate the tension between quality expectations and aggressive delivery timelines.
- Communication:YourEnglishis at a strong negotiation level (C1-C2).German(B2) is a huge plus.
- Growth Mindset:You are curious by nature. You dont wait for instructions; you see a gap and you fill it.
- Inclusivity:You value working in a diverse environment where every voice is heard and respected.
