Graduate Customer Experience Coordinator

Description -

We are looking for a dedicated and organized recent Graduate to join the Customer Welcome Center team in Barcelona as a Customer Experience Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all visitors to our center. This role involves managing customer logistics and providing a 5-star hospitality experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interaction excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is Onsite as the Customer Welcome Center in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Management: Oversee the centers scheduling activities including assigning owners booking resources and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Hospitality and Visitor Experience:Welcome and greet customers partners and influencers upon arrival ensuring they are comfortable and well-attended to prior to their briefings.
  • Assist the Customer Experience Lead team with event planning and execution as required.
  • Customer Logistics Coordination:Collaborate with local facilities catering companies and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Deliver a world-class experience by setting up rooms creating welcome packs printing labels for events and gathering visitor feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a bachelors degree in Business Administration Tourism Communications or related field completed in the last year.
  • Work experience is not required but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
  • Proficient level of English and Spanish. An additional European language would be a plus.

Qualifications

  • Superb organizational and event management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
