Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Hamilton VA
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 7:30 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25$27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA
Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students
Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behaviors
Assist in developing positive behavior strategies and reinforcement systems
Support students in improving communication social skills and adaptive behaviors
Collaborate with teachers school staff and parents as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical guidelines
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
Active RBT certification (BACB)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience working with children preferably in a school setting
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
