Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Team Lead / Supervisor Loan Servicing Support for a potential opportunity supporting the USDA Rural Development Servicing Office in St. Louis MO.

Position Overview
The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day loan servicing support operations ensuring production workflow quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. This role combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor daily workload across servicing support staff
Track productivity and quality metrics to ensure performance goals are achieved
Conduct quality control inspections and documentation reviews
Coach mentor and support team members to drive continuous improvement
Escalate operational or technical issues to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed
Ensure strict adherence to documented procedures federal guidelines and compliance standards
Maintain accurate reporting and workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in mail handling financial operations or similar processing environments
Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflow
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a structured compliance-driven environment
Comfortable performing repetitive process-oriented work
Ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation
