Were looking for a hands-on Barista / FOH Manager who can lead the front of house while jumping behind the bar when needed. This is a hybrid leadership service role perfect for someone who loves coffee thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso drinks brewed coffee and café menu items
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts
Set the tone for warm efficient and consistent customer service
Train new baristas and coach team members
Manage daily opening/closing procedures and shift operations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness organization and health & safety standards
Assist with scheduling inventory and ordering as needed
Support promotions seasonal menus and community events

Qualifications

13 years café coffee shop or hospitality experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong espresso and drink preparation skills
Friendly calm and confident under pressure
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Reliable organized and solutions-focused
Flexible schedule including mornings weekends and holidays
