Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and helping others We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their travel needs. As a Customer Support Agent you will provide exceptional service while navigating various travel-related inquiries including booking issues itinerary changes and general travel advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings itinerary changes and cancellations.
- Resolve issues related to travel reservations and provide accurate information.
- Educate customers on travel policies procedures and available services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in travel or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
