Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact
Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate customer and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits inspections and routine safety walkthroughs.
Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.
Track follow up and close corrective actions.
Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns.
Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure alignment.
Share ideas that improve HSSE programs and strengthen safety culture.
Your Background
HSSE field experience preferred or at least 2 years in a manufacturing role with safety involvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Organized selfdriven and proactive in identifying improvements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Willing to travel up to 10% and work 2nd shift.
Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and First Aid CPR or EMT training.
