Quality Inspector I 2nd Shift

• Conduct line assembly sub-assembly and in-process inspections.
• Reference blueprints interpret dimensioning shown and review inspection results against engineering and customer expectations.
• Perform Fidelity Assessments after Sparton training.
• Interact with programs operators Group Leads and Supervisors.
• Provide feedback to operations and Quality Engineers about programs quality issues.
• Check measure and enforce product adherence to programs Quality Audit Quality Inspection Plans (QAQI).
• Complete respective paperwork/documentation.
• Record inspection results and maintain general filing.
• Enter/extract data in computer.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED

• US Citizenship is required
• Must possess good math fundamentals comprehend written work instructions and communicate well.
• Ability to use GO/ NO GO direct and fixed gauges scales micrometers direct reading electrical test sets. Sparton training will be provided.
• Ability to interpret simple and complex parts of assembly drawings.
• Must be willing to obtain general or advanced soldering workmanship standard certification.
• Willingness and ability to obtain/retain ESD Precautions Standards certification.
• Must have basic understanding of PC systems data entry retrieval.
• Must meet minimum requirements for vision and color recognition tests.
