We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:
Home Health Nurse LPN - PRN - Part-time

Job Description: As a home health nurse LPN your responsibilities will be to assess patients condition with face-to-face visits perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review administer medication as prescribed by the patients physician dress (or re-dress) wounds provide patient education coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patients quality of life.

Job Requirements:

Must have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.

Current FL State LPN license is required.
