Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at a beautiful well-supported skilled nursing and senior living community in Seymour WI. Your Role Includes:
Providing occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Supporting residents in improving independence with ADLs such as dressing bathing grooming and self-care
Addressing functional mobility safety and fall prevention
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Completing documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Building strong trusting relationships with residents and staff
What Were Looking For:
Active Wisconsin Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing or senior living setting
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
Dependability adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
SNF or senior community experience preferred but not required
