Job Summary:
As a Lube Technician you will play a vital role in our service department ensuring the timely and efficient execution of Express Lube/Oil Change services and tire maintenance. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to stay at the forefront of industry advancements by continuously expanding your knowledge of new technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Express Lube/Oil Change Services in a precise and timely manner
- Conduct tire rotations tire installations and balance tires to optimize vehicle performance
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail while meeting and exceeding expectations
- Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and adapt to emerging automotive technologies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older for employment insurance purposes
- Must possess a current valid drivers license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess exceptional mechanical skills with a passion for automotive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- ASE Certifications are advantageous and preferred
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
