Supervise and co-ordinate the business despatch area to ensure reliability and consistency of performance for the production leadership and teams.Accountable for the quality of own work.
Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.
Undertake standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve timely end result and dispatch of goods.

Oversight and supervision of employees in the dispatch area.
Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures.
Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues.
Develop strong customer relationships externally and internally.
Asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Supervision. Knowledge level is comparable with high school diploma with relevant experience.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document plan and execute workload to meet defined business requirements.
