Your Tasks
The Regional Operations Manager is part of the Regional EUNA iCom team and reports into the Regional Operations & Activation Lea.
This roles purpose is to optimize the overall Activation model and processes and the regional agency eco system to drive high performing team and agency outputs including coordinating agency relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness in regional initiatives. The role includes driving process upskilling of teams to ensure high-quality and OTIF delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
Activation Model/Process Development & Management:
- Develop and evolve a scalable process for managing regional to local activations that ensures timely and successful execution of campaigns and comms
- Documentation of Activation Model and Processes
- Continuously monitor review and refine the activation processes for greater efficiency and impact.
- Select and implement the necessary tools to markets for efficient management of processes
Upskilling & Capability Building:
- Lead the development and implementation of capability building in the region including communication of training programs to upskill regional & local marketing and media teams and agency partners on E2E activation process including roles responsibilities and best practices tools and strategies.
- Organize and facilitate workshops seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and external agencies regionally and locally
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams and agencies to ensure the continuous development of agency outputs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in agency management and eco systems
- Assess the learning needs of iCom teams and recommend strategies to fill any skills gaps.
Agency Management & Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with EUNA agencies to ensure the highest quality of service in partnership with regional Business owners.
- Measure and ensure that agencies adhere to SOW budgets and timelines. Regular performance reviews of agencies including feedback and areas for improvements and securing strong agency resources
- Develop agency evaluations including consistent PRBs and KPIs across agency eco systems
- Ensure QBRs are scheduled delivered and with action plans of improvement
- Project manage any RFPs and the selection and onboarding of external agencies for regional activations.
- Assess the learning needs of iCom teams and recommend strategies to fill any skills gaps..
Key performance metrics:
- Process effectiveness efficiency & excellence
- MB effectiveness & efficiency YOY improvement
- High agency and media & digital community team engagement and performance
Your Profile
- Min. 10 years experiences in Media & Digital Communication in local Market and/or Regional/Global Role with strong expertise and understanding of integrated communication
- Strategic & process driven mindset
- High action orientation: Can translate strategy into concrete concepts and plans and deliver on time and in full against the plans
- Excellent analytical skills to drive a clear direction in a complex situation
- Proactive ambitious agile
- Fluent in English
