Als Associate Office Leasing bringst Du Unternehmen und die perfekten Büroflächen zusammen. Von innovativen Start-ups bis zu etablierten Konzernen: Du findest für jeden die ideale Immobilienlösung.
Deine Aufgaben
Vermittlung & Beratung: Vermiete Büroflächen in der Region Stuttgart
Strategische Analyse: Erarbeite Nutzungskonzepte Standortanalysen und Marktuntersuchungen
Kundenbeziehungen: Akquiriere Neukunden und betreue bestehende Mandanten professionell
Projektmanagement: Bearbeite Vermietungsobjekte und größere Flächengesuche eigenverantwortlich
Dokumentation: Führe Kundenakten im CRM-System Argo gewissenhaft
Vertrieb: Bearbeite Alleinvermietungsaufträge erfolgreich
Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und international zusammen
Präsentation: Bereite Kundentermine vor und führe Verhandlungen durch
Cross-Selling: Identifiziere und entwickle zusätzliche Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Dein Profil
Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt oder
Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erfahrung:
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb gewerblicher Immobilien
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Büroimmobilien
fundierte Ortskenntnisse in Stuttgart und dem süddeutschen Markt von Vorteil
Kompetenzen:
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke und Kundenorientierung
Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative
