Designing smart industry: You develop solutions for embedded systems in machines and plants as well as for holistic industrial digitization projects.
End-to-end product development: You design software for physical devices and (off-highway) machines. From development and integration to the entire product life cycle.
Embedded systems engineering: You will develop and integrate operating systems for mobile machines and work with ECUs and operating system components.
Model-based development: You will model and simulate systems with MATLAB/Simulink and develop model-based software and system architectures.
Effective consulting: Working closely with customer teams you will solve technical challenges and contribute significantly to the success of business-critical projects.
Several years of professional experience in embedded software development and ideally a university degree in a technical field.
Very good knowledge of C/C and experience with ECUs and sensors
In-depth experience with MATLAB and Simulink in modeling simulation analysis of complex systems and code generation for the optimization and development of embedded software solutions
Experience with the CAN protocol and the underlying hardware
Know-how in unit and integration testing confident use of test methods debugging and common testing tools
Ideally additional knowledge in robotics automation or AI/ML development
Strong problem-solving skills analytical thinking and a structured working style
Consulting mindset and ownership: You work in a customer-oriented manner take responsibility communicate clearly and support customers in a solution-oriented manner with a high degree of flexibility in project deployment
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

For this position your potential full-time salary is outlined as follows. The exact classification will be defined in a fair and transparent dialogue with you:
Germany: The salary range for the fixed annual gross salary is 64200 to 76200.
In addition to the fixed salary you participate in Gofores financial success through our Flex Model. At 100% target achievement you receive a bonus of 8% of your fixed salary with above-average performance up to 12% is possible.
