As a B2B Product Manager you will own the vision strategy and execution of our B2B platforms with a strong focus on partner experience scalability and technical excellence. You will be responsible for defining and driving both the functional and technical roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high quality and reliability standards. You will work closely with Engineering UX/UI QA Operations and commercial stakeholders to build a robust scalable and data-driven B2B ecosystem that supports our dropshipping and partner platforms.
You will:
- Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap for the B2B dropshipping platform aligned with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle including partner onboarding & KYC product catalog order & fulfillment payments & invoicing self-service APIs & integrations.
- Translate business requirements and partner insights into clear PRDs user flows and prototypes.
- Work closely with Engineering and the wider Product team to ensure solutions are reliable secure and user-friendly.
- Define analytics and data collection strategies and establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously analyze platform performance and translate insights into actionable roadmap updates and improvements.
- Own and maintain the product backlog and lead product discovery refinement and prioritization sessions.

We ask:
- 5 years of experience in product management within e-commerce or SaaS environments preferably in marketplaces platform-based or B2B environments.
- Strong experience with B2B e-commerce marketplaces or dropshipping platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with data analytics tools.
- Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions using analytics and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to own and scale complex product domains end-to-end and to align product strategy with commercial outcomes.
- Familiarity with Product management and collaboration tools like Jira Confluence Figma Miro or similar.
