JOB PURPOSE

You arent just filling seats; you are helping us build the future of our EMEA Creative & Media teams. Collaborating with your EMEA TA Team your mission is to support building the future of our Budapest hub by identifying Depsters who thrive at the intersection of technology and marketing. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership using market intelligence to navigate the high-stakes agency landscape.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from crafting compelling job postings to extending that final offer.
• Source the best talent for our Creative and Media crafts ensuring a steady pipeline of both active and passive high-quality talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs providing market insights to align candidate profiles with our global goals.
• Maintain a candidate journey that is human approachable and reflects our B Corp values. Youll ensure every applicant receives timely updates feedback and support.
• Keep the engine running smoothly by maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation within our ATS and recruitment tech stack.

WHAT YOUll BRING

• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with success in attracting and selecting top talent in the creative or digital industry.
• You dont just follow hiring trends; you seek to set them. You have a knack for finding top-tier talent in rival networks and boutiques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and manage the hiring process under pressure.
• A go-getter attitude paired with high attention to detail. You are organized efficient and know how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Youre a pro at using ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools to streamline processes and manage data.
