With our Risk & Compliance practice we have a fast-growing and challenging portfolio of assignments as external compliance experts within the financial sector. We help them understand how and where the upcoming regulations have an impact within their organization and help with remediations of gaps within existing regulatory guidelines.

What will you do

• Support regulatory remediation programs.

• Help clients ensure their operations comply with national and EU regulations (NBB/DNB/AFM/FSMA etc.).

• Approach Risk & Compliance challenges head-on.

• Contribute to regulatory interactions (e.g. audits investigations information requests).

• Raise awareness around new legislation and contribute to internal training and best practices.

• Help build digital tools and smart solutions to simplify compliance processes.

• Deliver compelling presentations and clear reports to communicate your findings.

Your skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch or French and fluency in English

• A degree in Law Criminology or in a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in a compliance-related role.

• Good understanding of the financial services sector.

• A keen interest in compliance trends innovation and financial regulation.

• A mindset that balances accuracy with pragmatism.

• A team mindset and strong communication skills

• Curious proactive and confident in sharing your perspective
