Our Position


As the Compensation & Benefits Manager for the EMEA region you will be responsible for developing harmonizing and managing reward and benefits programs across a dynamic international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent policy implementation compliance and supporting strategic HR projects.
This role is positioned at our office in Genk Belgium and reports to the EMEA HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determines (in part) a fair and competitive remuneration policy that is in line with the companys strategy and objectives.
  • Owns policies such as company car travel & expense and international mobility.
  • Manages benefits and align offerings per country considering local legislation and market practices.
  • Harmonizes policies and conduct market benchmarks to ensure competitive and consistent reward structures.
  • Oversees merit and variable pay processes including migration to SuccessFactors.
  • Establishes compliance and governance guidelines including data analysis and reporting.
  • Leads project and change management initiatives and provide strategic HR advice.
  • Supervises payroll processes of local offices
  • Handles operational compensation & benefits queries and support local HR teams.
  • Executes project-based assignments such as inventory of all EMEA benefits and preparation of Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Fosters good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Economics Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international context.
  • Strong knowledge of reward structures benefits and relevant legislation.
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
