We are looking for a department manager In Makeup starting in april 2026

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up Skin Care & Hair Care Fragrance)
• Pass on knowledge about products trends and beauty news
• Lead coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
• Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them
• Complete merchandise management from receipt to proper storage write-offs returns and tester management
• Collaborating on Visual Merchandising brand updates and in-store animations
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

• Experience in retail and team leadership ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment
• At least 3 years of professional experience in makeup
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
• Fluent in English and native language of the country
