The eBilling Specialist will assist the eBilling Administrator with the implementation and mapping of new and existing clients in Aderant/eBilling Hub as well as provide support addressing day-to-day eBilling issues and help facilitate approvals and payments and assist the collections team with their follow up on outstanding eBills and navigation of eBilling vendor websites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include assisting the eBilling Administrator with the implementation and mapping of new and existing clients in Aderant/eBilling hub.
Provide support by minimizing rejections through analyzing invoices.
Research rejected invoices and follow-up appropriately.
Responsible for diversity submissions and timekeeper rate updates/maintenance.
Utilize various eBilling platforms.
Address day-to-day eBilling issues and facilitate approvals and payments.
Monitor accruals budgets and eBilling submissions to meet deadlines.
Assist collection team with follow up on outstanding eBills and navigate through eBilling vendor websites.
Ensure the Firms policies are consistently and properly applied and special projects as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related experience preferably in a large legal services or professional services organization.
Knowledge of effective legal billing procedures and of computerized legal billing systems and electronic online billing applications (Aderant Expert) is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong typing/keyboard skills and able to use a 10-key calculator by touch.
Ability to self-direct prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills organizational skills attention to detail and the willingness to work as part of a team are highly desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

California New York and Washington DC Pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience is $60000 - $65000.
