The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM) organization is seeking a highly motivated Flight Technical Data Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join the team in Seal Beach California.
Position Overview:
The Flight Technical Data Specialist supports the creation and maintenance of the Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM) and Quick Reference Handbook (QRH).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs analysis and development of flight crew operations procedures task listings operations manuals pilots checklists and/or the software/data
- Converts engineering data for use by flight crews
- Performs the development revision and instruction of flight crew training materials
- Performs consultation related to in-flight emergencies and accidents
- Collect information on customer publishing systems and digital data needs
- Obtains regulatory authority certification/approval of operation and engineering documents
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Seal Beach California location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 2 years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- 2 years of experience in a team-based environment
- 2 years of experience working in a fast paced high volume environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of experience in support of aerospace products including commercial or military airplane flight operations
- Currently hold a pilot license or pilot experience.
- Experience working with Flight Crew Operations (Pilots flight crew)
- Publication Experience (Adobe frame SQL Databases XML Python)

- Experienced (Level 3): $99450 - $134550
