The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Quality Systems Specialists (Level 3) to support the 777 Final Assembly Business Unit (FAMBU) and 777 Quality Program Operations teams onsite in Everett Washington on 2nd shift.
We are looking for forward thinking self-driven Quality professionals to drive changes in a highly collaborative & flexible environment to challenge our current processes by working with Internal stakeholders and suppliers gathering best practices and lessons learned to create standard work tools to drive continuous improvement expedite effective growth and facilitate cultural change and improve Suppliers Quality performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Reviews proposals contracts regulatory program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development
Prepares and maintains Quality directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed
Analyzes process data metrics models and flows to identify root cause of problems
Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
Conducts research compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability
Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval
Conducts hardware software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards configuration assurance related business regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials parts and equipment
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports
3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook Power Point Excel and Word
1 years of experience leading systematic problem solving
Able to work a 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience collecting organizing synthesizing and analyzing data
Experience in Tableau Web Art QA Reporting (QAR) Teradata Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES) Excel (Pivot table V-Lookup) MS Access and PowerPoint
