INTERNAL OPPORTUNITY: SR. ACCOUNTING ANALYST - FARMING
JOB LOCATION: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
SHIFT: DAY
REPORTS TO: FARM ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Are you looking to grow your career at Grimmway Produce Group and make a meaningful impact at our Premier location Were offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Sr. Accounting Analyst - Farming responsible for supporting the Farm Accounting team and will utilize their skills and experience to ensure timely/accurate analysis and assist in the effort to ensure accurate financial records. They will take accountability for various segments of the Cost Accounting/Crop Inventory process. This role will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and contribute to the overall success of the department.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
- 5 years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis with increasingly responsible experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to identify/communicate issues as they arise.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Detail Oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and analysis.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Previous Ag/Cost Accounting or Public Accounting experience a plus.
- Previous ERP software experience preferred.
