- Pay: 22.5024.00 paid handover and paid breaks
- Hours: Full-time 36.75 hours per week
- Shifts: Day or Night 3 shifts per week
- Shift times: 19:4508:00
- Contract: Permanent

What Youll Need
- Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)

- Confidence working shifts with responsibility for clinical oversight
- Strong medication management and care planning skills
- Experience with wound management PEG feeds and syringe drivers
- Dementia care experience
- Familiarity with electronic care record systems
What Youll Do
- Lead clinical care and decision-making
- Manage medication rounds safely and accurately
- Maintain and update care plans and clinical documentation
- Provide wound care PEG feeding syringe driving and related interventions
- Monitor residents condition and respond to changes appropriately
- Deliver clear thorough handovers
