As a Bartender & Mixologist at Crerar Hotels youll be central to creating outstanding guest experiences. With strong communication skills a polished presentation and a genuine passion for food and drink youll craft high-quality cocktails and serve premium spirits with confidence and flair. Working as part of a close-knit team youll deliver seamless service throughout the day and evening handling guest requests with ease and personality. Youll quickly build strong product knowledge confidently recommending cocktails wines and signature serves while upselling the hotels offerings. Experience behind the bar is an advantage but enthusiasm creativity and a commitment to exceptional service are what will truly set you apart.
