Role Summary and Impact

  • Analyze the capabilities of commercial platforms (including retail media networks and advertising technology partners) to design strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Solve complex business problems by generating actionable insights and strategic recommendations that simplify decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities in products processes and solutions based on an understanding of client needs and market trends.
  • Develop planning and strategy for retail media platforms ensuring the proper execution and optimization of campaigns across different channels.
  • Collaborate with retail partners and cross-functional teams facilitating project coordination and ensuring results aligned with the commercial strategy.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in commerce across paid media trade strategy retail consulting and/or analytics.
  • Ability to execute effective media plans that achieve business objectives.
  • Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Drive to learn and understand the retail landscape and the latest trends in commerce media.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Deep understanding of retail commercial elements such as profit margin inventory levels forecasting and demand planning to inform media decisions.
  • Deep understanding of how different media channels work together and how retail media fits within the wider ecosystem.
  • Experience in campaign management and optimization across multiple retail platforms (Mercado Libre Amazon Walmart Uber Rappi mainly).
