What youll build-
In your role you will
- Architect and deliver AI use cases for the CX sales and Service Cloud Platform.
- Drive AI change management and enablement.
- Define and execute our internal AI strategy and roadmap.
- Identify assess and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Technically lead and mentor a team of AI Experts and AI Developers while maintaining strong hands-on coding and prototyping.
- Drive SAPs thought leadership in enterprise Agentic AI through
- Drive responsible AI governance (policies risk management privacy security and audit readiness).
What you bring-
- Strong AI foundations incl. GenAI LLM concepts (transformers prompting RAG function-calling fine-tuning adapters).
- Enterprise Architecture for AI: APIs Microservices Security & Integration.
- Agentic AI concepts and protocols (Model Context Protocol Agent-to-Agent protocol Agent Communication Protocol)
- DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strategic planning and portfolio management (including business case development efficiency gains total cost of ownership et al).
- Executive communication and influence: Clear and concise writing for stakeholder communication (strategy papers decision memos et al).
