We are seeking a dedicated Corrections Juvenile Food Production Supervisor to lead food service staff and ensure high-quality meal preparation in a secure environment.
In this hands-on supervisory role you will oversee food production workers guide daily meal preparation maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Job Duties:
Supervise Juvenile Corrections Food Production Workers during meal preparation and service.
Oversee daily food production activities including receiving menus preparing ingredients and monitoring cooking methods.
Ensure proper portion sizes food quality and adherence to safety sanitation and security standards.
Direct cleaning of food preparation areas equipment dishes and dining spaces.
Train new workers on food service policies procedures and safe kitchen practices.
Requisition receive store and distribute food supplies while maintaining secure storage areas.
Maintain compliance with all food service regulations and operational guidelines.
Perform related duties to support safe efficient and consistent food service operations.
