Job Summary
Join MCN Distributors a Rheem company where we provide top-tier HVAC solutions to contractors multifamily industries and commercial properties across the Northeast. Were looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to be an essential part of our team delivering excellent service and embodying our company values.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting as well as a good driving record the ability to work well with others and a self-motivated mentality.
Responsibilities
- Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
- Complete necessary paperwork for delivered merchandise
- Load/unload merchandise and ensure the vehicle is organized
- Pull product load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties
- Back up other Drivers routes when needed
- All other duties as assigned
- Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
- Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Provide quality customer service
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of delivery driving experience preferably with a box truck
- A valid drivers license and a good driving record per company policy
- Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT Medical card
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis
- Ability to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery - forklift certification preferred
- Work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
