Department Overview
Motorola Solutions creates innovative mission-critical communication solutions and services that help public safety and commercial customers build safer cities and thriving communities worldwide. The Secure Products Group team provides security solutions for MSI devices and other compatible customer devices. We look for the most advanced problem solverslike youto help us develop technologies that address our customers challenges. Job Description
Analyzes develops designs and maintains software for the organizations products and systems. Contributes to the full product lifecycle by performing software development executing hardware and software integration tests and developing and validating all feature functionality and user documentation. Candidates are expected to work in a team environment using the latest industry-standard agile practices to plan implement and deliver products and services.

Desired Skills:
Agile software development and/or Git/JIRA experience is a plus
Mobile application and/or platform development including Android and iOS

Embedded programming
SIP RTP RTCP Protocols
Experience in debugging and strong analytical skills
Security concepts such as authentication access control authorization and cryptography
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Gen AI and LLM is a plus

Target Base Salary Range: $63800 - $127600 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) degree in Computer Science Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
1 to 2 years of relevant embedded system software development experience.
US Citizenship required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
