Job Description

About the role

As a Service Desk Agent you are the primary point of contact between our users and suppliers/supporting teams. You troubleshoot guide and resolve IT-related incidents and inquiries to keep business operations running efficiently. The role includes ensuring good user experience maintaining clear communication and following incidents through to full resolution.

You will join a team that values collaboration structure and a customer-first mindset. This is a great role for someone who is communicative responsible and naturally able to build trustful relationships.

The position is based in Solna (Sweden).

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and user-friendly IT support to PostNord employees
  • Deliver an excellent user experience in every interaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to applications systems and hardware
  • Document follow up and ensure full resolution of incidents
  • Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other IT functions when needed
  • Contribute to improving processes routines and ways of working
  • Ensure compliance with laws regulations policies and internal guidelines
