About the role
As a Service Desk Agent you are the primary point of contact between our users and suppliers/supporting teams. You troubleshoot guide and resolve IT-related incidents and inquiries to keep business operations running efficiently. The role includes ensuring good user experience maintaining clear communication and following incidents through to full resolution.
You will join a team that values collaboration structure and a customer-first mindset. This is a great role for someone who is communicative responsible and naturally able to build trustful relationships.
The position is based in Solna (Sweden).
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and user-friendly IT support to PostNord employees
- Deliver an excellent user experience in every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to applications systems and hardware
- Document follow up and ensure full resolution of incidents
- Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other IT functions when needed
- Contribute to improving processes routines and ways of working
- Ensure compliance with laws regulations policies and internal guidelines
