Job Description

This role will be on a hybrid schedule based out of our Chicago office applicants should expect to be in office several times per month

You will be the finance partner for a Vice President of Strategic accounts responsible for growing Motorola Solutions Video Security & Analytics portfolio across North America.

This job will include:

• Advising on deal strategy

• Pro forma income statement analysis for potential deals

• Negotiating both statements of work and contract terms and conditions with customers facilitating timely collection of accounts receivable forecasting monthly orders revenue and monitoring and improving internal controls

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

• Financial and business support experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills required

• Good understanding of revenue recognition principles

• Exposure to Oracle SAP and/or other accounting systems

• Exposure to CRM Tools (Salesforce)

• Tableau dashboard reporting and/or Alteryx experience

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. Familiarity with building financial models and manipulating large datasets to help the company make strategic recommendations

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

• Superb communication skills and the ability to work directly with management

• Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business goals

• Elevated pride of ownership in work product

Target Base Salary Range: $90000 - $105000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

• 4 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
